This award recognizes a member who has constructed a production-built home labeled under one or more energy efficiency programs: ENERGY STAR®, Built Green®, R-2000, LEED, Passive House and the CHBA Net Zero Labelling Program. Single-family and multi-family developments with a label for ENERGY STAR®, Built Green®, R-2000, LEED, Passive House and/or the CHBA Net Zero Labelling Program may enter this category.
